Frequently Asked Questions

The questions buyers actually ask before their first container — answered directly.

Buying & ordering

What is the minimum order quantity?
One unit. Most first orders are a single machine or a mixed 40HQ container with two to three compact loaders. Dealers usually start with a mixed container to test several models in their market.
Can I mix models in one container?
Yes — that is how most of our dealer containers are built. A typical 40HQ might carry two 1.5–2.8 t loaders, or one 5 t loader plus a backhoe, depending on dimensions. Send us a list and we will send back a loading plan.
How do I pay?
Normally a deposit on the proforma invoice with the balance before shipment, by T/T. Terms are confirmed on the invoice for each order.
Can you put my brand on the machine?
Yes. Decals, colour and nameplates can be changed for dealers, and we can supply English, French, Spanish or Russian operator labels on request.

Engines & specification

Which engines are available?
Yunnei and Quanchai on the compact loaders; Yunnei 4108, Yuchai and Weichai Deutz in the 2.5–3.5 t class; Weichai Steyr on the 5–5.5 t loaders; and Weichai, Cummins or Yuchai on the national-standard 3 t. The 388A and 388H backhoes can be ordered with Fiat 75 kW EPA Tier 4 Final engines.
Can I get a different bucket?
Yes. Standard buckets from 0.4 m³ to 4.5 m³, plus 4-in-1 buckets, pallet forks, hydraulic breakers, augers, mixer buckets and sweeper attachments.
Do the machines come with a cab?
Compact loaders can be supplied open-station or with a cab. Backhoes, 5 t and larger loaders and the 12 t forklift ship with a cab as standard. Air conditioning and heaters are available.
What tyres are fitted?
Construction pattern tyres matched to the model: 20.5/70-16, 16/70-20, 16/70-24, 17.5-25, 23.5-25 and 16.9-28. Alternative patterns can be quoted.

Delivery & shipping

How long is production?
Stock models can load within days of payment confirmation. Built-to-order units and mixed containers typically need a few weeks — the exact date goes on the proforma invoice.
Which ports do you ship from?
Qingdao is our usual loading port; Tianjin and Shanghai are also possible. We quote FOB or CIF to the port you name.
What documents do I get?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and inspection photographs taken before the container is sealed. Other certificates can be arranged on request.

Parts, service & warranty

Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. We recommend a spare parts kit with every container — filters, seals, hydraulic hoses, pins and bushings. Parts are also available separately by model and serial number.
What does the warranty cover?
A written warranty on major components, with the term confirmed on the invoice, plus a parts book for each machine. Consumables and wear parts are excluded.
Can you help with commissioning?
Yes. For the first machine in a new market we support commissioning and fault finding by video call, and we keep a record of every unit by serial number.
Do you provide a manual in English?
Yes — operation and maintenance manual plus a parts catalogue in English. Other languages can be arranged for volume orders.
