Pengyuan Steel (Shandong) Co., Ltd. builds articulated loaders, backhoes, yard forklifts and dumpers in Shandong, China — and photographs every step.
Assembly hall
We are a Shandong-based manufacturer of compact and mid-size earthmoving equipment. Our plant cuts, welds, machines and assembles the machines you see on this site — the frames, lift arms, buckets and backhoe assemblies are ours, and the engines, axles and hydraulics are specified by us.
That structure matters when something goes wrong two years after delivery. There is no trading company between you and the people who built the machine: you write to us, we look up the serial number and we send the right part.
Nothing is outsourced to a mystery subcontractor. Plate, weld, assembly and test all happen on the same site.
Plate is cut and formed, then welded into frames, lift arms and buckets on jigs. Plate thickness runs 25 mm on the small loaders and 30 mm from 2 t upward.
Engines, transmissions, axles and hydraulic lines are prepared and tested as units before they meet the chassis.
Powertrain, hydraulics, cab, tyres and attachments are fitted on the line, with the machine cycled as each system comes online.
Every unit is run, photographed and inspected before it is braced into a container with its attachments and spare parts kit.
Assembly bays, engine lines, tyre stores and finished rows — the same photos our buyers get before a container is sealed.

Components
Final inspection catches assembly mistakes. It does not catch a bad weld or a mismatched axle. So we check earlier as well.
From first message to container arrival — the sequence most of our dealers follow.
Material, ground conditions, truck height, dig depth, engine brand preference and voltage/tyre requirements for your market.
We recommend one or two models, quote FOB or CIF, and send a loading plan with the attachments and spare parts included.
Production photos at each stage, then a pre-loading photo set with the serial numbers and the packed spare parts.
Documents by courier and email, commissioning support by video, and parts supply by model and serial number afterwards.

We can walk you through the factory on a video call and show you the exact machine being built for your order.
